Fall Flavours

This year we were asked to partner our favourite chef, Warren Barr, from the Inn at Bay Fortune, in the "Roving Feast"

Our pork was on the menu, and although we're not really into the 'arty farty' food (give me a nice pork chop and mash any day!) he did us proud!

Over 150 people attended, and we had a good chance to promote ourselve and our products, especially Carl's home cured Proscuiotto to those with more adventurous palates.

Warren got an award for being in the top 4 on the island (voted by his customers) and we are very proud to say that our products are up there as part of that.

Then, on Sunday, we also attended the Gala dinner at the Inn, when our lamb AND pork was on the menu.

A great night was had by all, here are some photos of those events
