I'm just so busy with spring, and the greenhouse, and work, and Cardigan Farmers' Market committee stuff, I'm forgetting my own website!
I have over 400 tomato plants, and 300 hot chile plants in the greenhouse, and they take a lot of care.

* ALL our meat is processed just 15 minutes from the farm at a government inspected facility.
* ALL our animals, are born and raised on our farm, we do not buy in livestock (the only exceptions are the chickens, they are 'from away' (hatched in NB, bought in as day-olds!)
* in 2010, we shall be attending the new Farmer's Market in Cardigan PEI, every Saturday, 9am to 1pm, from mid July to late September. Selling fresh chickens and something else (pork, lamb or beef)
